Aggregates
The Weldon Companies operate two hard rock quarries in the state of New
Jersey. Our trap rock quarry located at Watchung, Somerset County and
our granite quarry located at Lake Hopatcong, Sussex County supply ASTM,
NY & NJ DOT approved aggregates throughout north and central New Jersey.
To insure timely delivery of materials, a fleet of trucks and trailers
is readily available through our dispatch offices.
Weldon is a major recycler of asphalt and concrete, having recycled more than 2,500,000 tons over the past 20 years. Weldon operates as a New Jersey State Approved Class B Recycling Center for concrete and asphalt.
